2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to ensure product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, and prints or patterns may differ slightly due to fabric cutting.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is confirmed once payment is received in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There is a pricing or description error
  • Payment is not authorised

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via PayPal and Apple Pay.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

5. Delivery

UK delivery details are available on our Delivery page.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including customs delays or postal strikes.

To initiate a return, please email returns@cheraeofficial.com.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns received outside the stated timeframe will not be accepted.

All content on this website, including images, text, product designs, and logos, is the property of Cheraé and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Liability

Our garments are intended for personal use only.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
