How do Cheraé dresses fit?
Cheraé dresses are designed to softly sculpt the body rather than restrict it. Our silhouettes contour the waist and hips while allowing natural movement.
Should I size up or down?
For most styles, we recommend selecting your usual size for a comfortable, effortless fit. If you prefer a more sculpted, snatched feel, you may choose to size down, particularly in styles with generous stretch.
Is the fabric see-through?
Our fabrics are thoughtfully selected and tested for coverage. While some lightweight styles may feel airy and delicate, they are designed to provide appropriate opacity when worn in the correct size. Any styles that are intentionally sheer or lightly lined will be clearly noted on the product page.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also check out securely using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (where available).
All payments are encrypted and processed securely.
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Can I change my order?
Changes to your order may be possible if it has not yet been processed. Please email us immediately with your order number, and we will do our best to assist.
Why don't you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Managing returns individually allows us to maintain quality control and availability across limited runs. If your item isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery and place a new order for your preferred size.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We are actively working towards offering international shipping as Cheraé grows.
