At Cheraé, we understand that sometimes the fit may not be exactly as imagined. Our pieces are designed with softness and subtle glamour in mind. Should you need to return an item, the details below will help guide you.

To request a return, please email hello@cheraeofficial.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

Our team will confirm eligibility and next steps.

UK Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, with all Cheraé tags or ribbons still attached.

Once approved, you will receive a Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label or a QR code to use at your local Post Office.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been received and inspected. A £2.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unused, and free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, and pet hair. All original Cheraé tags or ribbons must remain attached.

Swimwear must be returned with hygiene stickers intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.

Processing Times

Returns are processed within 5 working days. Please allow additional time for funds to appear depending on your payment provider.

What happens if I return an item after 14 days?

Can I change my size or colour?

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. This allows us to manage availability accurately and fulfil orders with consistency.

If your item isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Once approved, a refund will be issued. We recommend placing a new order for your preferred size or colour to secure availability.

As Cheraé continues to grow, we are working towards introducing a dedicated exchange service.
